We are Skipping Stones, a hospitality company from Sikkim creating world-class destinations. We develop distinctive hotels and resorts in places where natural beauty meets untapped potential, with a focus on eco-luxury retreats, lifestyle hotels, and modern resorts that are luxurious yet accessible, designed to deliver lasting value.

For us, building a hotel is only the beginning. We create original hospitality concepts that not only welcome guests but also elevate entire destinations — generating above-market returns.

Our journey began in 2008 with a landmark riverside property in West Sikkim, relaunched in 2025 as Simala Retreat, our flagship eco-luxury retreat in Baiguney. In 2021, we added Vivanta Sikkim, a 50-room luxury resort near Pakyong Airport operated by IHCL (Taj Group).

Together, these projects reflect who we are: a home-grown company with deep local insight, a commitment to sustainable design, and the ability to forge strategic partnerships that create long-term value.
