We at Skipping Stones create unique hospitality concepts and currently manage a portfolio of three hotels in the Himalayan State of Sikkim. We develop different kinds of hotels ranging from boutique lifestyle hotels to modern mid- and high-end hotels and resorts in pristine locations that are luxurious yet highly accessible and offer unique experiences in the lap of nature.

Our projects focus on the development of new hospitality assets by converting unique locations into original hotel concepts. We deliver an increase in ROI to our investment partners by driving above-market returns on every investment.

Our journey started in 2008, with our successful flagship product Club Mahindra Baiguney in West Sikkim, one of the most successful properties in the state.

Our newest project Vivanta Sikkim is a 50-room luxury property strategically located 7.5 km away from the state’s only greenfield airport at Pakyong. It is spread over 3.5 acres and operated by Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), a reputed national hospitality company that operates the famed Taj Group of Hotels. As the first IHCL operated property, it is positioned to redefine Sikkim’s luxury hospitality landscape.
